Found it, the local gas station (a proper "huoltoasema", where you can get repairs done as well) had in fact two different types (the standard single component stuff and two-component version).

Mauku is one kind of a nickname for a cat (in Finnish, see also the logo for the application). "Meow" can be translated as "Mau". The author of Mauku is Finnish.
